Any individual or organization that has a concern about the quality and safety of patient care delivered by Health Advocates Network, Inc. healthcare professionals, which has not been addressed by Health Advocates Network, Inc. management, is encouraged to contact the Joint Commission at www.jointcommission.org or by calling the Office of Quality Monitoring at 630.792.5636. Health Advocates Network, Inc. demonstrates this commitment by taking no retaliatory or disciplinary action against providers when they do report safety or quality of care concerns to the Joint Commission.

NOTIFICATION OF REVIEW
The Joint Commission will conduct a recertification review of Health Advocates Network in early 2023.

The purpose of the review will be to evaluate the organization's compliance with nationally established Joint Commission standards for Health Care Staffing Services organizations. The review results will be used to determine whether, and the conditions under which, recertification should be awarded to Health Advocates Network.

Joint Commission standards relate to quality and safety of care issues. Anyone believing that he/she has pertinent and valid information about such matters related to the services offered by Health Advocates Network staff, may provide input to the Joint Commission by submitting a complaint to the Office of Quality Monitoring:
